It is important for every company to be able to meet a very wide range of customers’ or clients needs. We provide post-sale service, i.e. carry out servicing and maintenance tasks of the installed electric systems as and when necessary.
In recent years companies have been narrowing the range of their activities and often try to either eliminate maintenance tasks that do not fall within that range or else outsource them.

VÁV UNION Ltd. has been consciously developing its servicing and maintenance activities ever since it was established, and today it has the group of experts and equipment necessary for work in this field.
Apart from traditional maintenance tasks, our company performs trouble-shooting tasks, too, according to the client’s requirements. What this means in practice is that should any equipment installed by us fail, one of our qualified experts, already familiar with the equipment as well as the site, will promptly appear on-site with the necessary parts, and deal with the problem.

In VAV UNION switching stations equipped with telemonitoring, advanced technology has made it possible to view the failed station events logs as well and the current circuit state, and in this way our experts are already in possession of the information they need when they arrive on-site.

Aside from merely satisfying clients’ needs, such tasks are important to us because we are able to make use of the operational feedback and experiences in the course of our development and manufacturing works.
