Planning
Our planning tasks are generally related to the enterprising activities of the company. As the first step of each commissioned project, we prepare the following documents:
- Conceptual and permit plans
- Validation plans, followed by the
- Electrical and constructional execution plans
In the case of production commissions, the “B” level plan is usually available, for which we prepare the detailed production plans. Our retrofitting projects require a considerable constructional effort, which is integrated into a systematic development program.
Our planning and development activities, too, are regulated by the provisions of the EN ISO 9001:2000-conformant quality management system, certified by TÜV. We can undertake planning tasks ranging from drawing up a study plan to preparing the complete electrical planning documentation required for the realisation of an installation of excellent quality, using modern software products for planning, as well as obtaining approval for these from the relevant authorities and/or electricity providers, if necessary.
Our company uses the WSCAD, EPLAN, OMEGACAD, and AUTOCAD planning software products. On the basis of a licence agreement, for planning EATON (Moeller) switchgears we use the so-called PROPLAN planning software.
Our range of activities relates to the following:
- 120kV power plant, electricity provider, or consumer installations
- Medium voltage switchgears and networks, transformer stations
- 0.4kV switchgears and distribution panels, energy supply of industrial and communal establishments
- Auxiliary operational installations for power plants and substations
- Installation of intelligent switchgears, including the solutions necessary for automated tasks and monitoring
- Installation of control technology systems for electrical energy distribution networks
The planning documentation provided includes:
- Expert opinion, study plan
- Permit plan (connection plan, cabling rights plans)
- Execution plans: theoretical connection and current route plans, protection plans,
- Production plans: constructional and shop drawings
- For on-site assembly: installation, layout, and trajectory plans, terminal block and connection plans
Since the foundation of the company, planning processes have been assisted by our so-called software team, whose tasks include configuring, programming and putting into service control technology and automated systems, as well as the installation and programming of intelligent devices (protections). This team has gained considerable experience and obtained notable references primarily in the area of planning and programming Moeller, Beckoff and other PLCs, as well as SMART Windows displays.
Regarding the services provided by the own developed SCADA systems we should highlight those highly reliable automated functions that considerably ease the operation of complex energy supply systems with a high level of integration.
