Innovation
Innovative solutions
Constantly changing market conditions and the requirements of customers demand a high degree of flexibility and adaptability from every employee of the company. We strive to meet these challenges, as the company’s business strategy (see the company slogan) also prompts us to seek new paths and solutions. We aim to achieve these through planned technical development, new processes, and the application of innovative solutions.
Intelligence and operational safety
The quality of any switchboards, i.e. the ability of the equipment provided to meet the user’s expectations, is basically influenced by two factors.
On the one hand is the technical quality of the switching and auxiliary devices themselves. On the other is what intellectual nous the manufacturer is able to include in the products they offer, which result in better service and greater security for the user.
A new, innovative tool for the protection of 0.4 kV switchgears is the ARCON® active arc fault protection, which we have already incorporated in several of our highly sensitive installations that demand an advanced level of supply safety.
Modernisation of medium voltage systems
The system, developed by VÁV UNION Ltd., prefers the modularity – instead of compact solutions – as well as a reserve communication system based on reliable products manufactured by Hungarian companies.
Modernisation of medium voltage systems
In recent decades VÁV have manufactured approximately 50 medium-voltage systems, of which about 15 contain these new switching and control devices and 10 different types of switchgears made by other Hungarian companies.
We possess tried and tested solutions for almost all possible combinations of installations and incorporable switches.
Photovoltaic installations
We were one of the first companies with an electrical main profile to turn to renewable sources of energy, with a particular focus on solar panels. Our company built the 10kW solar panel system for MOL Nyrt, which was installed next to their filling station with the highest customer volume (at the 22.5 km mark of the M1 motorway).
