Besides manufacturing equipment, VÁV’s other primary activity was the electric site implementation. This provided VÁV UNION Ltd. with the expertise and experience which later became the key to its success.

VÁV UNION Ltd’s guiding principle is to be a partner in developing quality, tailor-made solutions by operating conjunction with the client and adapting to their circumstances and expectations.

We have a great deal of experience in the fields of reconstruction and retrofit. Because of this, increasing numbers of system operators are requesting our experts’ opinions on the upgrading or expansion of systems or equipment, or in relation to the installation of new systems. This often occurs during the planning stage. In our proposals we do our utmost to outline all the available technical solutions including the suggested time scheduling for the project implementation.
We consider implementation to be more than just executing a task according to a plan. It is a conscious process; the company’s trade-mark.

The person in charge of the implementations is the chief project engineer and it is his job to ensure the work is completed satisfactorily and on time. It is also his responsibility to provide the necessary materials and manpower as well as maintain regular contact with the client.

Our on-site installation teams carry out the construction tasks under the supervision and direction of the installation team leader, who is the on-site representative of the company during the project. We have six well-equipped installation teams which usually comprise between 6 and 8 members. The teams’ structure is such that they can attend to all tasks arising during implementation. For example, each team includes electricians, mechanics fitters and locksmiths, too.
In the event that during the implementation such tasks should arise which do not coincide with the company’s main activities, or the company’s human resources prove to be insufficient to execute the task on time, we then commission qualified subcontractors.
